We reserves the final right to determine refund eligibility.

LINE Pay 決済規約
- 使用 LINE Pay 付款之訂單，退款將依 LINE Pay 平台規則處理。
- 退款須於訂單成立後 60 日內透過 LINE Pay 系統操作；超過期限將以其他方式處理。
- 若發生支付爭議或拒付，本公司將提供訂單紀錄、付款紀錄、配送證明及相關通訊內容作為交易完成證明。
- 退款實際入帳時間依 LINE Pay 及相關金融機構處理時間為準。
- LINE Pay によるお支払いの場合、返金は LINE Pay の規定に従って処理されます。 返金は注文確定後60日以内に LINE Pay システムを通じて処理されます。
- 決済紛争が発生した場合、注文記録、決済記録、配送証明および関連する連絡内容を証拠として提出します。
- 実際の返金反映時期は LINE Pay および金融機関の処理時間に依存します。
- 退款實際入帳時間依 LINE Pay 及相關金融機構處理時間為準。
- Refunds for orders paid via LINE Pay will be processed according to LINE Pay platform regulations.
- Refunds must be processed within 60 days through the LINE Pay system; after that period, alternative refund methods may apply.
- In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, order records, payment confirmations, shipping proof, and communication records will be provided as evidence of transaction completion.
- The actual refund posting time depends on LINE Pay and financial institutions.

Orders must be paid within 48 hours after order confirmation.
If production has already started due to customer request, cancellation may incur production costs.
ご注文確定後48時間以内にお支払いください。
製作開始後のキャンセルは、製作費用が発生する場合があります。
若訂單成立後未於48小時內完成付款，訂單將自動取消。
已開始製作之訂單，若因顧客原因要求取消，可能需收取已發生之製作成本費用。

依中華民國消費者保護法規定，客製化製作商品不適用7日鑑賞期，亦不接受無理由退貨或退款。
數位商品不適用鑑賞期。
商品於訂單成立並確認付款後才開始進行製作。
台湾消費者保護法により、受注生産のカスタム商品は7日間クーリングオフの対象外です。
ダウンロード商品は返品対象外です。
受注生産商品は、注文確定および入金確認後に製作を開始します。
In accordance with Taiwan Consumer Protection Law, customized products are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period and are not eligible for return or refund without valid product defects.
Digital products are not eligible for the cooling-off period.
Production of made-to-order products will only begin after order confirmation and payment completion.
商品於寄送過程中可能因物流運輸產生損傷風險。- 建議於收到商品時立即錄影開箱並檢查商品狀態。
- 若發現運輸損壞，請於收貨後24小時內提供開箱影片及損壞照片作為申請依據。

- Products may be damaged during shipping.
- Customers should record unboxing video and inspect products immediately upon receipt.
- Claims for shipping damage must be submitted within 24 hours with photo or video evidence.

3D printed and CNC products may have minor cosmetic variations, including:

- May have layer lines and Z-seam joint marks
- May have support removal marks
- Different production batches may have slight color variations
- Resin models may become brittle or discolored due to ultraviolet exposure
- Slight deformation and dimensional tolerance differences may occur due to curing shrinkage

Since these products are primarily decorative models, minor cosmetic differences are not considered defects, except in cases of obvious damage or functional failure.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
